Our Story
Co-founders Nayla and Victoire’s journey to Sol Studio began with a shared vision: to create a haven and community where everyone can reconnect to themselves amidst life’s hustle. Hailing from diverse backgrounds, both young entrepreneurs understood the importance of fostering a space dedicated to well-being and connection. United by this purpose, they embarked on a mission to empower individuals to prioritize self-care and mindfulness. Drawing from their own experiences in corporate settings, they recognized the need for a sanctuary where people could escape their own daily grind. Sol Studio emerged as a safe space where you can take a moment, away from the chaos, to reset, restore and replenish both mind and body. Whether you visit us once a day or once a week, Sol Studio is your space to be selfish, to breathe, and to recharge.
Victoire Cambours
Victoire, co-founder and Sol Formers instructor at Sol Studio, brings her international background and lifelong passion for movement to everything she does. Raised in an athletic, Franco-American family, she developed a deep appreciation for fitness and well-being early on. After graduating from l’Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in 2018, she built a career in hospitality and recruitment while continuing to explore wellness. In 2023, she completed her Pilates teacher training and began teaching regularly. Victoire’s mission is to create a warm, uplifting space where others can move, feel good, and find inspiration at Sol Studio.
Nayla Sayegh
Nayla, co-founder and yoga teacher at Sol Studio, brings authenticity and dedication to her teaching. Her journey began in the vibrant streets of Beirut, where she discovered yoga as a means of healing from an injury, then as a practice that shaped every part of her life. Drawing from her diverse background, Nayla studied at l’Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and Sciences Po, focusing on hospitality, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. Guided by her passion for mindful living, she completed a 200-hour Hatha yoga certification, followed by an intensive 200-hour Vinyasa and Ashtanga training with Sarvam Yoga Beirut, registered with Yoga Alliance. She is devoted to guiding others toward growth and well-being, one breath at a time.

Breath
At the heart of our practice lies breath. It guides, connects, and empowers us, fostering balance, core strength, and inner harmony in every movement.

Movement is the best way to make you feel positive, rested and happy. It’s our unique approach to wellness that integrates breathwork and core strength. It transcends mere exercise, serving as the ultimate healer for mind and body.
Community
Community is at the heart of everything we do. It’s about providing a welcoming space where individuals can find common ground, connect over their shared passion for movement, and foster meaningful relationships, whether it’s during a class or over a cup of coffee at Sol Café.
