About Us
Our Story
Co-founders Nayla and Victoire’s journey to Sol Studio began with a shared vision: to create a haven and community where everyone can reconnect to themselves amidst life’s hustle. Hailing from diverse backgrounds, both young entrepreneurs understood the importance of fostering a space dedicated to well-being and connection. United by this purpose, they embarked on a mission to empower individuals to prioritize self-care and mindfulness. Drawing from their own experiences in corporate settings, they recognized the need for a sanctuary where people could escape their own daily grind. Sol Studio emerged as a safe space where you can take a moment, away from the chaos, to reset, restore and replenish both mind and body. Whether you visit us once a day or once a week, Sol Studio is your space to be selfish, to breathe, and to recharge.

In 2023, driven by her dedication to mind-body connection, she completed her Pilates teacher training and has been sharing her passion through regular classes since. Victoire’s goal is to create a welcoming and vibrant space where others can experience the transformative power of movement and find true inspiration at Sol Studio.
