The 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training by Sarvam School of Yoga held at Sol Studio is all about transformation: a personal journey that will inspire, challenge, and empower you. Hala Okeili left a successful career in law to follow her calling and dedicate her life to yoga and authentic living. In 2016 she founded Sarvam Yoga, opening her first studio in Beirut, followed by two more. With over 5,000 hours of teaching experience, she is recognized for her expertise in alignment, applied anatomy, adjustments, purposeful sequencing, and the business of yoga. Hala has led and co-taught numerous teacher trainings and workshops internationally.

Miles Mortensen

E-RYT | Rocket Yoga & Vinyasa Specialist
Miles’ curiosity about cultivating a holistic and sustainable yoga practice has led him to explore diverse movement modalities beyond the mat. He began his journey in the Ashtanga-Vinyasa system, which built the foundation for his disciplined approach, and later immersed himself in the dynamic Rocket Vinyasa method, completing over 250 hours of training. Miles’ teaching balances the structure of traditional practice with creativity and exploration, offering students a “playground of movement” to grow with curiosity and confidence.

Nayla Sayegh

Nayla is a dedicated yoga teacher and the co-founder of Sol Studio, known for her grounded, heart-centered approach to teaching. A graduate of Sarvam Yoga School’s 200-Hour Teacher Training, Nayla combines strength and softness, weaving traditional yogic wisdom with contemporary insight. Her teaching style emphasizes mindful alignment, breath awareness, and intelligent sequencing, creating an inclusive space for students to explore movement and stillness with curiosity and grace.

Fouad Helo

Osteopath & Yoga Teacher
Fouad is an osteopath specializing in sports and posturology, as well as a yoga teacher who has been teaching across Europe since 2018. With a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, he excels at simplifying complex concepts and making them practical and relevant for yoga practitioners of all levels. His engaging and interactive classes guide students through the mechanics of movement, helping them understand how to practice safely, effectively, and sustainably.

Sandy Boutros

RYT | Bihar School of Yoga
Sandy is a teacher of meditation, pranayama, and yogic philosophy, and the founder of Koun, an inclusive yoga project that promotes psychological well-being and empowerment through trauma-informed yoga in Lebanon. She specializes in Raja Yoga, the yoga of the mind, through advanced studies at the Bihar School of Yoga in India. Deeply focused on the mental and spiritual dimensions of yoga, Sandy teaches self-awareness, discernment, and balance as essential tools for transformation. She believes every person holds the innate potential to awaken to their true nature and live consciously and with purpose.
