Welcome to Sol Studio, trademarked by NV Ventures SARL. By signing up to participate in our classes, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions set out below.
We reserve the right to change, update, or reissue these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our Website, and you agree to be bound by such changes.
References to “Sol Studio", "we,” “us,” and/or “our” in these Terms and Conditions are a reference to NV Ventures SARL and its related entities, affiliates, and franchisees (as relevant).

Prices and Booking:

Discover our class prices and reserve your spot conveniently through our website, mobile application, or online platform. Bookings are essential to secure your place.

Cancellation Policy:

The validity of class passes varies based on the selected package, ranging from 14 days to 12 months. Please verify the specific validity period of your pass at the time of purchase. For classes and appointments, cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the class. Otherwise, a full class charge will apply. Not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late or changed.

Class Waitlists:

If a class is fully booked, join the waitlist and receive notification when a spot becomes available. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you are unable to attend to avoid any cancellation fees.

Class Packs:

Pre-pay for classes with our convenient class packs, each with its own expiry date. Packs are non transferable and refunds are not available for unused classes.

Referral Credit:

Earn credit by referring new members, which can be applied towards future class pack purchases.

Gift Vouchers:

Treat yourself or a loved one with our gift vouchers, available for purchase. Please note that vouchers hold no cash value and are non refundable.

Class Planning:

Class schedules may vary and are subject to change. Stay updated through our platform for any alterations. Teachers are subject to change without notice.

Conditions of Entry:

Respectful behavior is expected from all attendees to ensure a safe environment for all participants and teachers. Please arrive at your scheduled session punctually, at least 5 minutes before class and ensure phones are turned off or put on mute. Smoking on premises is strictly prohibited. Attendees are expected to come to class sober.

Limitation of Liability:

Prior to engaging in any exercise activities or utilizing equipment at Sol Studio, it is highly recommended that you undergo a physical examination by a licensed healthcare professional. Pregnant participants must obtain approval from their doctor before joining classes. By using our facilities or participating in any activities, including physical exercise and therapy sessions, you acknowledge and accept that these activities inherently carry risks of injury.

You agree that any exercise, whether on our premises or off-site at a sponsored event, is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Additionally, any changes to your diet, use of food supplements, or efforts to reduce weight are your sole responsibility, and you should consult with a physician before making any dietary modifications.

By voluntarily participating in these activities and using our facilities, you assume all risks associated with injury, illness, or even death. Sol Studio is not liable for any loss of personal property.

Sol Studio is not liable for loss of personal property. It is the participant’s responsibility to safeguard personal belongings.

This waiver covers injuries resulting from equipment use, participation in activities or classes, equipment malfunction, provided instruction or advice, and slipping or falling on the premises.

Studio Policies:

  • No Body Oil: To preserve the integrity of our equipment, refrain from using body oils during classes as they can degrade materials and pose safety risks.
  • Cleanliness: Kindly clean any mats or equipment used after each session. We provide disinfectant wipes and cleaning sprays for your convenience, ensuring a hygienic environment for all.
  • Respectful Behavior: Maintain a quiet atmosphere within the studio to accommodate the needs of all participants, instructors, and those seeking tranquility during practice.
  • No shoes: No shoes policy within the hallway, the classes and the appointments.

Sol Studio managers, appointment representatives, and co-founders reserve the right to deny entry at any time.
